We currently ship to the following zones:
- Canada (Domestic): Standard Shipping — $9.99, 7–12 business days
- United States (Cross-border): Standard Shipping — $14.99, 7–15 business days
- International (Rest of World): Economy Shipping — $17.99, 14–21 business days
ORDER CUT OFF TIME AND TIME ZONE
Order cut off time is 8:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time, Chicago).

ORDER TRANSIT TIME
Varies by destination: 7–12 business days (Canada), 7–15 business days (US), 14–21 business days (International) — see Shipping Zones & Charges above.
TOTAL ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
6 to 24 business days from the date the order is placed, depending on destination, based on the order cutoff time, handling time, and transit time above.
DELIVERY TERMS
We use trusted international couriers and postal services to deliver products, depending on destination.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once an order is in transit. If you need to change the delivery address for your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@looopix.com.
CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find that a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service team. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service.
