Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 8:00 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time, Albuquerque).

Order Handling Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Transit Time

Standard transit time is approximately 10–15 business days for all available shipping destinations.

Change of Address

We cannot change the delivery address once an order has entered transit. If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@looopix.com.

Cancellations

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please reject it from the courier when possible and contact our customer service team immediately. If the parcel was delivered while you were unavailable, please contact us as soon as possible.
